Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation is established under AIIDC Act 1990 vide Govt. notification no.LGL.142/89/122 dated 14th February 1991. It is established for the purpose of securing and assisting in the rapid and orderly establishment and organization of industries in Industrial Areas, Industrial Estates, Growth Centres, Industrial Infrastructure Development Centres and in establishment of Commercial Estate for growth of industries in the state of Assam.
